According to statistics, in 2019, China's carbon black production capacity is about 7.69 million tons, of which 302,500 tons are special carbon black. In the low-end carbon black product market, the homogenization is serious, the market competition is fierce, and the profit space of the industry is limited, while in the middle and high-end product market, the high performance carbon black (such as the low rolling resistance carbon black needed by green tires), special carbon black and other products, there is still a large demand gap. China's black carbon capacity is expected to reach 8.2 million tons in 2021.
