450mm UHP Graphite Electrode
UHP graphite electrode are mostly made of 100% high-specification needle coke. Compared with HP and RP grades, UHP electrode requires highest technical expertise in each of the main process steps in making them, particularly baking, extrusion and graphitizing. The electrodes come with a wide range of sizes, but diameter of 600mm and 700mm high performance. Ultra-high power graphite electrode storage and transportation
1. Be careful not to damage the threads during loading, unloading and sending.
2. Keep away from rain, snow and water during transportation and storage, and the graphite electrode should be dry before use.
3. Avoid contact with liquid medium in field storage electrodes, otherwise fish scales will appear after heating.
4. When storing the joints on site, avoid close to high temperature heat sources, otherwise the joint bolts will easily melt and flow out when heated.
